Our Production Lines
Wooden Hanger Division: 8 automated production lines equipped with CNC cutting, kiln drying, precision sanding, and multi-color spraying booths. We process beech, cedar, acacia, and rubberwood from FSC-certified suppliers.
Kitchenware Division: Dedicated woodworking lines for cutting boards, utensil sets, rolling pins, and salad bowls. All products meet FDA and EU food-contact safety standards.
Quality Control Process
Every batch goes through a 4-point inspection:
- Raw material inspection: Moisture content (8–12%), no knots, no warping
- In-process check: Dimensional accuracy at every station
- Finished product inspection: Surface finish, hook strength, paint adhesion
- Pre-shipment inspection: Random sampling per AQL 2.5 standard
