Quality Control Process
Quality is built into every step at XINQI. Our 4-point inspection system ensures every product meets your specifications before it leaves the factory.
1. Raw Material Inspection
Every batch of incoming wood is checked for:
- Moisture content: 8–12% (critical for preventing warping and cracking)
- Grain pattern and color consistency
- No knots, cracks, or defects beyond acceptable limits
- FSC chain-of-custody documentation
2. In-Process Inspection
QC staff spot-check at every production stage: cutting → sanding → painting/finishing → assembly → packaging. Dimensional tolerances are verified with precision gauges.
3. Finished Product Inspection
- Surface finish: smoothness, paint adhesion, no drips or bubbles
- Hook strength: load test (5kg / 11lbs standard)
- Dimensions: verified against approved sample
- Packaging: carton strength, label accuracy, barcodes
4. Pre-Shipment Inspection
Final inspection follows AQL 2.5 standard (ANSI/ASQC Z1.4). We accept third-party inspection companies (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, TÜV) at buyer request.
