OEM / ODM Customization Process
XINQI provides full OEM and ODM services for wooden hangers and kitchenware. Here’s how a typical custom order works:
Step 1: Inquiry & Requirements
Send us your product specifications: material, size, color, logo, packaging, and quantity. We respond within 24 hours with a detailed quote.
Step 2: Sampling (7–10 days)
We produce pre-production samples based on your requirements. Sample fees are refundable against your first bulk order. We send photos and, if needed, physical samples for your approval.
Step 3: Confirmation & Deposit
Once samples are approved, we finalize the order details. Standard deposit is 30% T/T in advance, balance against copy of B/L.
Step 4: Production (20–35 days)
Production begins after deposit. We share progress photos at key milestones: raw material cutting → assembly → finishing → packaging.
Step 5: Quality Check & Shipment
Pre-shipment inspection is conducted per AQL 2.5. We support FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms. Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin, FSC certificate.
